Inka Verde
Inka Verde blends the flavors of Costa Rican ingredients and the Peruvian culinary traditions. You'll notice it when you try the chipotle ceviche served with hunks of nearly rare, fresh sea bass (the traditional Peruvian style), red onion and cilantro. It's too bad they only give you four plantain chips for scooping.

A Peruvian chef personally created the menu featuring Peruvian traditional dishes like the lomito a la huacaina, the most popular item on the menu: grilled tenderloin, mashed potatoes glazed in a cheese, mushroom sauce. At $11, it’s the most expensive entrée on the menu, but worth it.
Atmosphere
The restaurant has a casual, cafe demeanor with dim lighting and the famous Peruvian Nazca lined etched among the walls.
Service
The staff is courteous and responsive.
Price
The prices are about half as much as other dinner restaurants in town, but it depends on what you order. Appetizers are $5 to $6 and the entrees are $7-$11.
