Nibble first on the firm crunch of the Italian spinach salad, $10, tossed in tangy Rangpur vinaigrette, topped with walnuts and generous slices of pecorino cheese. Or, delight in an antipasto masterpiece of delicate Speck (Italian cured meat) and soft ripened goat cheese, $15, drizzled with cream of balsamic vinegar, served with a side of seasonal dried orange and cranberry jams.

Glean deliciousness in the pasta primo; ravioli, $21, filled with rich Gorgonzola cheese, covered in Taleggio cheese and black truffle cream sauce, bestowing a new reason to dream of pasta at night.
