Restaurant
The Hotel Costa Coral Restaurant serves international cuisine surrounded by local sights, perched on the hotel's second story glancing over the main street in Tambor.
Grab a seat on the wraparound porch and ask for the Costa Coral Breakfast, $12, two pancakes, bacon, eggs, pan-fried potatoes, onions and bell peppers.
Finish swimming at the pool and head upstairs for lunch, sea bass filet, $7, topped with onion, tomatoes, thin-sliced potatoes and green bell peppers. Match the vibrancy of the afternoon sunshine with a piña colada, $7, or a watermelon smoothie, $2.
Return in the evening for an international dinner classic, chicken cordon bleu, $20, ham, mozzarella cheese and sweet cream-bacon sauce, served with garlic sauteed vegetables and mashed potatoes. Just as the stars begin to shine over Tambor, bite into a brownie, $5 topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
