The rental portion of the home is the first floor only. The second floor has independent access and is only used by the property's caretaker, occasionally by the owner. The rental area is composed of a living area, kitchen, laundry room, patio and yard and two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. All floors are fully tiled and ceilings are 9' high. Each bedroom has comfortable and beautifully woodcrafted queen beds with headboards, black-out drapes and wooden blinds. The master bedroom overlooks the yard.
There is satellite TV (direct from the USA) in the living room and the master bedroom. The great community pool and Hermosa Beach access is only 100 yards away. Two cars may park on the driveway, which is covered by a wooden structure covered with flowered vines. The kitchen has a granite counter and stainless steel appliances. The covered terrace has a table for four people.
